BrainSurge is going to produce a few special shows featuring competitive family members. Kids ages 11-14 will audition and appear with their siblings, mother or father, or legal guardian.

Include your full name, name and relationship of the family member you want to audition with, a recent close up jpg photo of the two of you, and your phone number. We will contact you with special audition details!!
